Responding to COVID-19
In collaboration with the Snohomish County Vaccine Taskforce, Boeing is providing its Everett Activity Center to stand up a COVID-19 indoor mass vaccination center and help more people in Snohomish County access the COVID-19 vaccine. The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction and Kaiser Permanente Washington recently announced ‘Get Ready,’ an equitable plan to vaccinate Washington state educators and school staff that is designed to be ready to launch when personnel become eligible under state vaccination protocols. Amazon and Virginia Mason pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Seattle helped vaccinate 4,600 residents as of Jan. 31. Learn more about Amazon’s COVID-19 efforts here.

Seattle Foundation announced $550,000 in grants to 30 community-based organizations through their Resilience Fund, which provides funding for the King County area’s most vulnerable residents.
