Amazon has invested in a Science Hub partnership with UW, which will advance innovation in core robotics, artificial intelligence technologies, and their applications.

Committing to equity

Bristol Myers Squibb announced nearly $8 million in Health Equity grants to 24 U.S. nonprofit organizations that train and mobilize community health workers and patient navigators to improve healthcare access among medically underserved patients and communities. Windermere is partnering with HomeSight to help reduce barriers to homeownership for Black/African Americans.

Reducing carbon emissions

Weyerhaeuser recently released a Carbon Record that details its yearly carbon removals, storage, emissions, and future goals. Microsoft joined the Carbon Call, which focuses on solving companies’ carbon emissions and removal accounting challenges.

McKinstry is holding an event with the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Pacific for businesses to learn about upcoming projects and how to partner with McKinstry.
